- Hochschulabschluss in Maschinenbau und/oder Elektrotechnik, Verfahrenstechnik oder Lebensmitteltechnologie
- Grundlegende Berufserfahrung als Project Engineer (m/w/d), idealerweise mit HACCP-Hintergrund
- Kenntnisse von Herstellungsmaschinen und Ausrüstung in der Lebensmittelindustrie, Verständnis für Lebensmittelsicherheit, Qualität sowie Hygiene und der Herstellungsgrundsätze nach GMP
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Microsoft Office, vorzugsweise auch CAD
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Planung und Durchführung von (Re-)Konstruktionen sowie Umbauten von produktionstechnischen Maschinen und Anlagen
- Projektplanung wie auch -durchführung standardgemäß, innerhalb des Budgets und des Zeitplans
- Sicherstellung des Projektziels (auch an der Produktionslinie), damit vorgegebene Effizienzen wie auch Spezifikationen übereinstimmen und der Business Case sowie die Anforderungen der Kunden erfolgreich umgesetzt werden
- Projektmanagement, -koordination und Kommunikation mit allen Stakeholdern, angefangen bei den Lieferanten, mit internen Schnittstellen sowie dem Management
- Ressourcenplanung sowie Erstellung von technischen Entwürfen und Arbeitsspezifikationen
