- Understanding Kia's brand DNA and Design Vision
- You create innovative design proposals for production and concept cars
- You transport a project through all stages, from the first sketch to 3D data and full-size model
- You generate new product development solutions
- Handling of design projects and presentations in cooperation with our design management
- Close co-work with all related functions within Design and R&D
- University Degree in Transportation Design or similar
- Minimum of 3 years or relevant work experience
- Express a high level of creativity through sketching and digital sketching, and stunning digital presentation
- Strong skill of Adobe or other visual media. Skilled in Alias and Microsoft Office
- Proactive and self-motivated, able to work as a part of a team
- Ability to manage the time and deadlines, as well as the ability to adapt to the ever-changing priorities of the Automotive
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication and presentation skills in English
