- Unterstützung bei Kundenanfragen
- einen Abschluss in Natur- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften z.B. Chemie, Physik, Elektrotechnik, Mikrosystemtechnik (mit Promotion in einem experimentellen Arbeitsgebiet)
- einen Hintergrund in "Surface Science", idealerweise mit chemischen Prozessen an Oberflächen, und/oder gasunterstützter Elektronenstrahllithografie
- Erfahrungen mit hochauflösenden mikroskopischen und ggf. spektroskopischen bzw. spektromikroskopischen Methoden.

Ihre Rolle
Sie arbeiten im interdisziplinären Expertenteam "Repair Mask" an der Entwicklung und Erforschung neuartiger Prozesse und Methoden zur Reparatur photolithografischer Masken, die in der Halbleiterindustrie eingesetzt werden. Die Maskenreparaturverfahren unserer MeRiT Repair Tool Produktlinie basieren auf gasunterstützten Elektronenstrahllithografie, d.h. geeignete Gase werden auf die Maskenmaterialien dosiert und adsorbiert, um dann sehr lokal mit einem fokussierten Elektronenstrahl modifiziert zu werden. Im Zentrum ihrer Arbeit stehen die physikalischen und chemischen Aspekte der jeweiligen elektronenstrahlinduzierten Prozesse und deren Optimierung im Sinne eines kundenorientierten Produktes. Sie nutzen leistungsfähige Analysemethoden wie z.B. Quadrupol-Massenspektrometie, energiedispersive Röntgenspektroskopie, hochauflösende Rasterelektronen- und Atomic-Force-Mikroskopien oder entwickeln ggf. passende Verfahren, um relevante Informationen zu extrahieren und darauf basierend neue Reparaturprozesse zu entwickeln.
