- Du bist immatrikulierter Student . Studiengang Marketingkommunikation, Design, BWL, oder auch komplett fachfremd – wichtiger ist deine Persönlichkeit und Motivation
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Social Media Content auf verschiedenen Plattformen (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
- Sicherer Umgang mit Videobearbeitung und Bildbearbeitung
- Sehr gute Texting-Fähigkeiten sowie Kreativität und Kommunikationsstärke
- Hohes Maß an Empathie und Freude daran, auf Menschen zuzugehen

Du hast bereits einen erfolgreichen Blog oder Kanal und möchtest Deine Influencer-Karriere in der Arbeitswelt weiterentwickeln? Du bist längst schon ein Profi auf den Plattformen Instagram, TikTok und Co. ?
Dann suchen wir Dich als Werkstudent Corporate Influencer (m/w/d) In enger Absprache mit unseren Marketing-Kollegen übernimmst Du die Hauptverantwortung für unsere Social Media Präsenz und bist Botschafter für unsere Marke und unser Employer Branding . Dabei agierst Du eigenverantwortlich, kreativ und hast ein Gespür für aktuelle Themen. Als unser Corporate Influencer (m/w/d) trägst Du unsere Mission nach außen - und motivierst andere Mitarbeitende, dies ebenfalls zu tun.
Als Schnittstellenposition zwischen Marketing und Recruiting wirst Du gemeinsam mit uns Redaktionspläne und kanalübergreifende Kommunikations- und Marketingmaßnahmen erarbeiten. Zur professionellen Umsetzung stellen wir Dir alle notwendigen Tools und Software zur Verfügung.
