- Setting up new paid campaigns and managing existing ones on Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display and YouTube) and also Microsoft Ads
- Steering campaigns towards performance metrics, like lead volume and cost per lead
- Optimizing every step of the user journey incl. ad asset tests and landing page tests
- Analyzing relevant data and creating reports to gain performance insights
- Working closely with the design & content team to produce new assets on an ongoing basis
- Scouting latest trends in the search advertising space and conducting competitor analysis
- You have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Paid Search, Display and Video advertising
- You are experienced in managing multiple campaigns to acquire users and leads that convert into sales
- You can manage 6-figure campaigns and optimize towards a set of full-funnel metrics
- You are up-to-date with the latest trends in the search and display advertising industry
- You have a good understanding of tracking and attribution topics including pixel tracking, S2S tracking, and overall tracking parameters
- You have strong analytical skills and know how to crunch numbers to get the right insights
- You possess a positive attitude and solution-focused mindset
- Ideally, you managed similar performance channels like Paid Content in the past
- You're fluent in English and have very good German skills
