As Atlassian tool chain Administrator you will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across organizations, gather requirements to
develop, and deliver respective results in our system

As JIRA Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and maintain workflows in Atlassian JIRA including tool administration and
customization

  • Create JIRA projects
  • Install and configure plugins and deploy to extend JIRA capabilities
  • Configure custom fields, support JIRA configurations
  • Design custom JIRA workflows for different issue types
  • Design Screen schemes, permission schemes and notification schemes in JIRA
  • Responsible for maintenance, administration and enhancements to JIRA and
integrations with other tools or plugins

As Confluence Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Install and configure plugins and deploy to extend Confluence capabilities
  • Create new Spaces

End user support and consulting:

  • Help users with Confluence/JIRA usage problems and debug issues which are
reported by users

  • Consult users with JQL queries, reports and Dashboards (JIRA)
  • Consult users with structure of Confluence Spaces, Templates and page
permissions (Confluence)

  • Help users with usage problems and debug issues which are reported by users

Requirements:


  • Application knowledge in Jira and Confluence
  • Administrative skills for Jira and Confluence
  • Basic understanding of Linux OS
  • English + German language skills
  • Independent working style
  • Team player
