    Beschreibung

    Für unseren Geschäftsbereich Transformation suchen wir dich zum April 2024 als Trainee Business Process Consulting (w/m/d).

    Das erwartet dich



    Prozessberatung – Du berätst unsere Kunden rund um das Thema Prozessoptimierung und -harmonisierung und deren systemseitige Implementierung in ERP Systemen.

    Ablauf – Mithilfe eines gemeinsam individuell erstellten dreimonatigen Ausbildungsplans bereitest du dich optimal auf das Berufsfeld des Business Process Consultant mit Schwerpunkt Vertrieb, Logistik, Einkauf und Produktion vor.

    Projekte – Du begleitest unsere Beratungsteams in allen Phasen der Projektrealisierung: von der Anforderungs- und Bedarfsanalyse, über die Erstellung betriebswirtschaftlicher und technischer Konzepte über Design bis hin zur Implementierung.

    Zertifizierung – Du absolvierst technologische Trainings sowie Schulungen in Arbeitsmethoden, Projektorganisation und Kundenkommunikation, um das Trainee-Programm mit einer Zertifizierung in einem der gängigen SAP Module abzuschließen.

    Das bringst du mit

    • Du hast dein Masterstudium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, des Ingenieurwesens, der Naturwissenschaften oder einer verwandten Studienrichtung abgeschlossen oder stehst kurz davor.
    • Idealerweise kannst du durch erste Erfahrungen in der Beratung und/oder dem Technologiebereich punkten.
    • Du bringst die Neugierde mit, dich mit dem spannenden Umfeld der bereichsübergreifenden Geschäftsprozesse auseinanderzusetzen und Fachexpertise in einem oder mehreren Bereichen aufzubauen.
    • Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit.
    • Das Traineeprogramm startet jeweils zum 1. Januar, 1. April, 1. Juli und zum 1. Oktober eines Jahres.

Als Teil unseres ERP Transformation Teams berätst du Kunden bei der Einführung ihrer individuellen ERP Lösungen. Du unterstützt bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung der gesamte Prozesskette von Finanzen, Vertrieb und Einkauf über die Logistik bis hin zur Produktion und begleitest sie auf dem Weg zur ihrer idealen Lösung für die Ressourcenplanung. Dabei lernst du Unternehmen spannender Branchen und die unterschiedlichsten Projekte von strategischen Vorstudien bis hin zum globalen Rollout kennen.
