    Die majesty GmbH ist seit über 30 Jahren Hersteller des erfolgreichen ERP-Systems "Majesty", welches deutschlandweit einen hervorragenden Ruf genießt und im Raum Tuttlingen das führende ERP-System ist.

    Werde Teil eines starken Teams mit über 50 Mitarbeiter*Innen.

    Aufgaben

    • Als ERP Anwendungsberater berätst du unsere Kunden (HelpDesk) und wickelst eigenständig kleinere kundenbezogene IT-Projekte ab
    • Dein Aufgabengebiet umfasst die Unterstützung unserer Anwender im laufenden Betrieb und bei der Einführung neuer Module
    • Dazu gehört die Beantwortung von kaufmännischen Anwender-Fragen, Aufnahme von Änderungswünschen, Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen sowie die Erstellung von Lösungskonzepten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem 2nd-Level-Support bzw. der Softwareentwicklung
    • Dein Arbeitsplatz ist in Spaichingen oder im Homeoffice, selten beim Kunden vor Ort

    Qualifikation

    • Gute betriebswirtschaftliche und IT-Kenntnisse aus der Praxis
    • Du bringst eine mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem ERP-System (bevorzugt Majesty) mit.
    • Neben sicherem Auftreten, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit hast du Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und denkst unternehmerisch
    • Kenntnisse der Geschäftsprozesse in Industrie- bzw. Handelsunternehmen
    • Organisatorische, konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten
    • Gut strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
    • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
    • Führerscheinklasse B ist erforderlich
    • Dein Profil rundest du durch deine sehr guten Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift ab
