WHAT'S THE ROLE?
The Operations Director at our client's organization will be responsible for ensuring that the non-profit organization runs smoothly and efficiently.
You will oversee various functions including managing and optimizing the supply chain, team logistics, and agile management processes, as well as overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
You are also committed to sustainability and responsible business practices, and have the ability to develop and implement strategies to minimize the environmental impact of the organization.
In addition, the Operations Director will be able to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to achieve the organization's mission of inspiring positive change through the power of storytelling.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BE GOOD AT?
- You own a highly analytical and detailoriented approach, with a proven track record of driving operational efficiency preferably in a nonprofit context.
- As a leader, the Operations Director possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to inspire and motivate a team of operations professionals to achieve their goals.

- You are able to balance the needs of stakeholders, and donors while always staying true to the organization's values and mission.
