- Als Revenue & Margin Growth Manager bist du für die Gewährleistung der R&MGM Konzeptumsetzung in den Vertriebseinheiten durch präzises Execution Tracking und Abweichungsanalysen zuständig.
- Die Weiterentwicklung und Anpassung der R&MGM-Konzepte basierend auf Erkenntnissen aus der Execution und dem Austausch mit Business Units, sowohl in Portfolio-relevanten als auch Promotion- und Pricing-Themen fällt in Dein Aufgabengebiet.
- Du fungierst als dauerhafter Ansprechpartner für Business Units, um die aktuellen Konzepte effektiv zu kommunizieren und mit den Verantwortlichen zu diskutieren.
- Du schaffst Transparenz durch Bereitstellung von Tools & Dashboards für Profit Pools, Handelsspannen und Promotionseffektivität.
- Du stellst die Berücksichtigung der R&MGM Konzepte in den jährlichen Kundenplänen sowie die Definition und Kommunikation von Zielwerten für die Bereiche Haus-Markt und AußerHaus-Markt sicher.
- Die Mitarbeit in cross-funktionalen Teams / Projekten im nationalen und internationalem CCEP Umfeld gehört zu Deinen Aufgaben.
- Du vermarktest RGM Best Practices innerhalb der europäischen (z.B. CCEP Central Calls) sowie globalen Coca-Cola Organisation.
- Abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium der Betriebswirtschaft oder eine ähnliche Fachrichtung
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich FMCG
- Sales & Marketing Expertise für den Handels- und Außer-Haus-Markt
- Erfahrung im Bereich Key Account Management und/oder Commercial Finance vorteilhaft
- Hohes Verständnis der Arbeitsweise im Key Account Management
- Projektmanagement Skills
- Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strategische Denkweise
- Durchsetzungsvermögen und Überzeugungsstärke
- Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Gespür für Marktentwicklungen & Trends
