Project management
• E-commerce activity management, to ensure on-time launch of E-commerce promotions (web, wap, app)
• E-commerce product management, determining the implementation plan of new product sales strategies on the website, managing product files, and reviewing offer configurations
• Customer relationship management, tracking the sales activities, stock and marketing activities.
• Data analysis management, ensuring the accuracy of weekly sales data reports, data analysis, analysis of coupons, gifts and other programs to provide data support for the next event
Team communication
• Operations team management, management of operation specialists, division of labor management of designers, personnel performance, growth and development
• Collaborative management of the entire process of e-commerce activities, communicating with the supply chain, marketing department, finance, service, privacy, and GTM to ensure sharing of e-commerce activity information and plan information, assistance in handling customer complaints, and internal financial settlement data support.
Require
• Bachelor degree or above, strong learning ability, no work experience is acceptable; those with work experience and internship experience are preferred.
• Team management skills, clear communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple different departments
• Excellent project management and activity management skills, attention to details, able to identify potential risks, and proactively plan in advance to avoid risks
• Strong analytical skills - able to integrate and analyze multiple factors to analyze sales and sales, and propose improvements, and be proficient in using Excel and Power point
• Fluent English communication skills (applicants with German skills are preferred)
