    Du willst im Bereich Operational Transaction Services Kunden ganzheitlich entlang des (M&A) Deal Cycle begleiten? Unser Team berät Kunden in den Bereichen M&A Strategy, Carve-out und Post-Merger-Integration und unterstützt von der Konzeptionierung bis hin zur operativen Umsetzung.     Standorte: Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt (Main), Hamburg, Köln, München und Stuttgart.

    Dein Impact:

    Als Senior Manager Operational Finance (m/w/d) begleitest du Mandanten bei der Umsetzung komplexer M&A-Transaktionen (Sell-Side / Buy-Side) sowie bei Carve-outs mit Schwerpunkt Finance – und trägst so zu effizienten Finanzprozessen und der Zukunftsfähigkeit von Unternehmen bei.

    • Aufgabenvielfalt: Du verantwortest die Steuerung von (Teil-) Projekten, analysierst Finanzprozesse, entwickelst Umsetzungslösungen dafür und implementierst individuelle Lösungen.
    • Beratung: Gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden identifizierst du Risiken und / oder Synergiepotenziale und entwickelst Szenarien, um diese bei der Transaktion zu berücksichtigen.
    • Kommunikation: In deinen Projekten pflegst du den Kontakt zur Führungsebene unserer Kunden (z. B. Industrieunternehmen, Banken, Private-Equity-Gesellschaften).
    • Teamwork: Innerhalb des Deloitte-Netzwerkes arbeitest du (inter-) national mit Expert:innen anderer Bereiche interdisziplinär zusammen.
    • Präsentation: Mit deinem Team bereitest du Workshops, Schulungen und Termine vor und führst diese vor Ort beim Kunden durch.

    Dein Skillset:

    • Sehr guter Abschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Accounting / Controlling oder vergleichbar, gerne mit Promotion oder MBA-Abschluss
    • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in der Finanzfunktion eines Industriekonzerns oder als Unternehmensberater für Finanzprojekte
    • Gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis, großes Interesse an strategischen und operativen Themen wie M&A, Geschäftsmodelle, Prozessoptimierung, Value Creation
    • Zahlenaffinität, gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP ERP 6.0 (idealerweise SAP S/4HANA), souveräner Umgang mit MS Office und Lust auf anspruchsvolle Projekte in interdisziplinären Teams
    • Hohes Engagement, Eigenverantwortung, zielorientierte und agile Arbeitsweise, große Teamorientierung
    • Reisebereitschaft (auch international) sowie Freude an der Kommunikation und Präsentation auf Deutsch und Englisch (sehr gut in Wort und Schrift)
