We are seeking a CEE Projects Marketing Specialist who is passionate about driving change and making a significant impact in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region.
The CEE Projects Marketing specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing projects in the CEE region. This role combines project management, marketing expertise, and strong communication skills to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet deadlines and objectives, while liaising with central and regional teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and commercial teams across CEE countries to develop and implement growth projects, with the focus on ensuring scalability across the whole region.
- Reporting: Produce regular reports on project status and key marketing metrics for leadership review.
- Resource Allocation: Manage departmental resources and tools essential for successful project completion.
- Data Analysis and Optimization: Regularly analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities. Use A/B testing and other datadriven approaches to optimize campaigns and improve the effectiveness of marketing strategies
Your profile:
- Bachelor's Degree, Business Administration or Marketing
- 45 years of experience in a Marketing or commercial role
- Marketing project management
- Track record in Digital Marketing and Lead Generation
- Experience of planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns, strategies and programmes across multiple countries
- Experience in Marketing Automation and Account Based Marketing.
