Our Mission:

We are looking for a highly motivated sales champion with a proven ability to work independently, coupled with a solid understanding of B2B sales, to join our sales team and help us bring our startup to the next level

As an SDR you generate and maintain a steady pipeline of interested prospects.

This role would involve being the face of our company to potential customers including showcasing our product to educate them on how we can become a valuable part of their organisation.

At , we are a small - and experienced - team of long-time colleagues. We have made it our purpose to give everyone a fair chance to learn no matter their background.

To achieve this we are on a mission to train 1 million deskless workers across the world in their own language.


And that is just the beginning


We have a modern office in Cologne, although we primarily work remotely and encourage all our team to work where it suits them.

At least once a month we have workshops or events where we meet as a team in Cologne. So even if we don't have to commute every day, it is important that you can do so regularly.


Your everyday activities:

Your mission would be to independently generate qualified leads with direct outreach and discovery calls.

  • Conduct direct outreach and discovery calls to generate qualified leads.
  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects by reactivating existing contacts and identifying new ones
  • Thorough research to identify ideal potential customers and a customised approach with tailored content
  • Stay updated on industry trends
  • Conduct persuasive product demos to educate and convert leads into salesqualified leads (SQLs).
  • Track and report lead activity and maintain CRM system (Hubspot).
  • Drive process improvements forward and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings for alignment and direction.

You will need:


  • Passion for turning strangers into fans
  • Outstanding English and German skills both written and spoken.
  • Proven intercultural competence and effective communication across disciplines.
  • Creative problemsolving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to autonomously handle tasks and responsibilities, ensuring prompt and efficient project delivery.
  • Extensive expertise in IT operations, with a focus on Google Workplace tools (formerly G Suite), encompassing proficiency in Gmail, Sheets, etc. Additionally, adept at utilizing CRM tools, video conferencing platforms, and conducting customer calls via phone.

Bonus:
Familiarity with HubSpot, provides an added advantage.


The ability to present in front of a larger audience and the willingness to record videos and run webinars will set you apart in the crowd for this role
