Your tasks:
Accountabillities
- You will contribute to the creation and implementation of the Culture evolution Strategy of T-Systems and our Culture Story.
- You are responsible for developing and aligning strategic approaches and concepts for Culture Change facilitation within T-Systems.
- Development of topdown & bottomup measures for embedding the T-Mindset and related behaviors within T-Systems across all areas.
- You drive and incorporate innovative approaches to become leading in employee experience.
- Design, align and implement the overall Culture Change Story in communications and measures.
- Actively engage with the business and create platforms for multiplication to incorporate all T-Systems colleagues into the Culture Transformation.
- Collaboration with other teams on shared projects.
- Use and analyze internal and external data and information regarding trends in the Culture & Behavioral Change area to use them for the change process of T-Systems in a perfect way.
- Lead and drive topics like DEI, work actively on Leadership and connect the dots of top strategic projects with impact on corporate culture.
- Be the impulse for an amazing workplace culture for 4 generations.
Your Profile:
Education
- Master ́s degree
- Psychology, HR, International Management or similar
