Role:

As a Regional VP of Performance (VPP) you have a fantastic opportunity to harness your performance management skills, design, create and deliver performance strategies and assist teams and individual contributors in achieving or even exceeding their goals and targets

This role has high visibility into the senior management team.

The VPP will need to collaborate within the Sales Enablement team and across the regional sales leadership team to strategically create, roll out and facilitate a robust sales performance and enablement program that provides newly hired and existing sales talent with all the necessary knowledge and tools to be successful.


Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with VP of Sales to identify performance improvement & enablement strategies
  • Perform regular skills gaps analysis to identify enablement needs
  • Shadow individual contributors to identify performance and enablement programs
  • Mentor/Coaching of individual contributors
  • Deliver regular ongoing performance & enablement programs to sales teams
  • Produce, enhance, and facilitate virtual and inperson onboarding programs, postonboarding initiatives and sales trainings to immerse our sales team in Darktrace's culture, products, capabilities and solutions, share best practices and set them up for success, from prospecting through to the customer lifecycle
  • Provide thought leadership, innovation and creativity in order to find the best solutions to help our sales professionals succeed
  • Highly responsive to the needs of Darktrace's Global Revenue Organization globally and in the region you manage
  • Review, monitor, and update the efficacy of learning resources (Classroom & Online)
  • Proactively identify, track, manage, communicate with stakeholders on a consistent basis regarding priorities, timing, risks and path to mitigate issues and risks
  • Assistance in our annual SKO, either globally or regionally
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify key markers of successful sales attributes
  • Understand and assist with facilitating a positive working culture within the assigned region
  • Experience closing big sales deals at strategic level (Essential)
  • Fluent in German and English (Essential)
  • Previous experience enabling and coaching sales performance (Essential)
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC sales methodology (Essential)
  • You have to have a credible coaching voice and are able at problem solve and make key decisions (Essential)
  • Analytical the ability to use data to spot and solve problems (Essential)
  • Previous experience working for a cyber security or SaaS led product (Desirable)
