For our IRONMAN Group Europe, Middle East and Africa business and based in Liederbach,
Germany, we are actively looking for a highly motivated English speaking:

Intern / Working Student Human Resources (M/F/d)

Position summary
The HR department EMEA of the IRONMAN Group is looking for a curious and an ambitious intern
or working student to support the team in their daily business and in HR projects. During your time
with us you will get insights into a fast-paced matrix-structured company and support our employees
in 14 countries. The focus is on the administration processes around the employee life cycle and
maintenance of our HRIS.
The starting date is April 15th, 2023, and the contract is limited for one year of employment.


Your key Responsibilities:


  • Together with the HR team, you will work on daily administration topics, e.g.,
preparation of employment contracts, drafting various employee certificates, support
payroll activities across the region etc.

  • You will keep an eye on our HR systems and take over the responsibility of updating
and maintaining them.

  • With our team, you will work on several (ad hoc) employee inquiries.
  • You will support our hiring managers in the recruiting process.
  • After you have successfully dived into your area of work, you will create and update
process plans, forms and policies to drive HR processes within The IRONMAN Group
EMEA.

  • You will support diverse HR projects across EMEA Region.

Your skills and competencies

  • You are a student in the field of business administration, economics with a focus on
  • Human Resources, psychology or a comparable field of study.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. A second language such as French,
German or Spanish is an advantage.

  • You are able and willing to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and stay calm
and organized in peak times.

  • HR is what you are passionate about, taking over own responsibilities while being a
team player applies to you.

  • You are a good, customer focused communicator, with an open and proactive
personality.
