    For our location in Dortmund we are immediately looking for a Trainee Sales & Commercial Operations (M/F/T).

    Our two-year trainee program offers you:

  • Interdepartmental assignment with a focus on sales-oriented work
  • Special focus on sales and application of mechanical seals for compressors, agitators & centrifuges
  • Participation in the development and optimization of new processes and tools in cooperation with other departments within the facility
  • Active cooperation with international Flowserve locations for the development & optimization of sales-oriented business processes
  • Support in looking after of our international customers in our facility or on site if required
  • Furthermore:

  • Participation in exciting and challenging interdisciplinary projects of the entire site
  • Stations in different sales, construction and production areas as well as connected relevant departments
  • Possibility to work abroad at our locations in the EMA (Europe,Middle East, Africa) region
  • Participation in additional training courses (product training, project management, lean training, software training such as ANSYS (FEA), CAD or other calculation and design tools)
  • Continuous support from a personal mentor
  • Your qualification and experience profile:

  • Successfully completed degree in Sales Engineering and Product Management (SEPM), Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
  • Knowledge in the field of rotating equipment, thermodynamics and sales and project management is an advantage
  • Hands-on mentality when solving technical problems
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs, as well as SAP & CRM tools
  • High level of commitment and flexibility, as well as good communication skills and enthusiasm
