At dida, we are explorers, knowledge hunters and problem solvers. We provide our clients with tailor-made machine learning solutions.

We currently have 40 colleagues and are still growing, which is why we are looking for support in the area of People & Culture.

Your tasks

You will support us in optimising and documenting HR processes.
In recruiting, you will be involved and support us in the complete recruiting process.
You will research HRrelated topics and prepare them in a userfriendly manner.
Over time, you will take on smaller tasks such as organising team events and student gettogethers.

Your potential

You are studying economics, business or psychology.
You really want to break new ground with the People & Culture department.
You work in a structured way and find it easy to set up and optimise processes. At the same time, your intuition for people helps you to build relationships and network well with others.
You work with agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, etc. and are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Miro.
You are a native speaker of German or English.
