    As the Market Research & Consumer Insights team, we are responsible for bringing the voice of consumers and target groups worldwide into the company. Our aim is to develop an understanding of their opinions, attitudes and needs and to enable our various stakeholders to see the world through their eyes. We are the strategic insights partner and translate data and insights into concrete recommendations for action and strategies.

    As a working student Market Research & Consumer Insights (m/f/d), you will support us in international quantitative and qualitative market research projects, from research design to implementation and analysis of the results. This includes brand KPI tracking, brand perception & positioning, advertising impact tests, UX research, etc.

    Responsibilities

  • Support in international quantitative and qualitative market research projects
  • The tasks can cover the entire research process: From questionnaire design and programming to analyzing the results and preparing them in presentations
  • Responsibility for regular brand KPI reporting to internal stakeholders
  • Carrying out ad hoc analyses and desk research

    • Requirements

  • Ongoing studies in the field of market research, economics, psychology, sociology or a comparable degree program
  • Ideally initial practical experience within operational market research or a market research institute
  • Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Experience with R would be nice to have
  • Strong analytical and persuasive communication skills
  • Quick comprehension, hands-on mentality and a structured and solution-oriented way of working
