- Prioritizing customer satisfaction by ensuring the success of the project
- Coordinating with all stakeholders involved in the study
- Monitoring study progress and reports, and adjusting study communication accordingly
- Facilitating necessary actions across all aspects, including sponsor decisions, communication, and bottleneck resolution
- Coordinating project management activities such as planning, implementation, and monitoring of deliverables and budgets
- Conducting risk and impact analysis, and taking responsibility for study specifications and documentation
- Monitoring compliance with quality assurance systems
- Maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards in collaboration with the STM lead to monitor study performance, and providing support during client auditsRequirements:
- 2 years of experience in Clinical Project Management or CRA
- Experience in diverse projects including tropical diseases such as dengue and malaria
- Monitoring in home base
- Fluency in English and German
