As a
Learning and Development Content Working Student (f/m/d), you will be responsible for delivering high quality microlearning content for our leadership development content library.

Working cross-functionally alongside our team of organizational psychologists and business coaches, you will develop a new, specialized content portfolio of coaching tools and resources that will support the coaching journeys of thousands of leaders at top companies worldwide

What you'll do here at Sharpist

Within 1 month, you will...

Finish your onboarding and meet and established friendly relationships with various stakeholders and collaborators from content, coach experience, customer advisory, and design.

**Within 6 months, you will

Own all aspects of creation and distribution of original microlearning content that addresses the didactic needs of coaches and increases their engagement with the product.
Assess the quality of existing microlearning content and drive corresponding optimization practices including proofreading and copyediting.
Continuously evaluate content success based on performance data and feedback from coaches, learners and other team members on quality of content, ability to meet coaching objectives and postlearning outcomes.

The sky's the limit. Depending on your performance and preference, we are open to converting this to a fulltime position

Interested in Coaching and Learning and Development

These_ hard facts_
will get us excited to get to know you better

First experience in writing, editing or content management with knowledge/understanding of all steps of the content creation process from strategy to evaluation.
Academic/scientific writing/editing experience.
Strong verbal and oral communication skills in English and German (C2-Level)
An academic background in (Organizational) Psychology or Coaching is a big plus.
Fluent English (German would be nicetohave but not a must)
Ideally based in Berlin
Able to do a 6month projectbased contract with the possibility to extend
