- Unterstützung des Third Party Logistic Managers in allen Belangen
- Sicherstellung der Umsetzung von Arbeitsabläufen und Prozessen inkl. der Prüfung von Arbeitsanweisungen, deren Einhaltung sowie die Sicherstellung der Arbeitssicherheit
- Regelmäßige Sicherheitsrundgänge, Protokollierung sowie die Verfolgung der Korrekturmaßnahmen
- qualitative Überprüfung der fristgerechten Leistungserbringung durch den Dienstleister vor Ort
- Ermittlung der KPI Kennzahlen und abstimmen von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen für eine bessere Performance
- Abstimmung, Anpassung und Implementierung von Anweisungen
- Änderungsmanagement in Zusammenarbeit mit den Betrieben und dem Dienstleister
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemeister (m/w/d) in der Fachrichtung Chemie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Logistikumfeld von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Verwendung von IT-Tools (Cargo Cockpit, Lexsy, SAP, MS Office, SharePoint, Documentum, Shiftconnector)
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Prozessverständnis im Bereich Logistik und Produktions-Betrieben
- Starke Fähigkeit zur Durchsetzung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Compliance Standards
