We are looking for a
Senior Strategist (d/f/m) to join our team in
Berlin.

Strategy's core offering is in supporting the studio to create top-of-class custom program concepts that connect brands with our audience and provide Highsnobiety readers with amazing brand experiences.

Be part of a growing strategy team that is eager to prove it's worth, try new things, roll out new tools and processes and have fun along the way.


YOUR MISSION:


  • Develop strategies and consult Highsnobiety's clients to build brands, and activate big picture thinking, while navigating the challenges and opportunities of large organisations
  • Work closely with the Account Management team to deliver longterm strategic partners to maintain existing client accounts, deliver ongoing value, ensure that work is onbrief, and track and measure success and help to renew deals
  • Work closely with the Brand Partnerships (Sales) and Creative teams to identify, create and respond to new business opportunities
  • Create opportunities within existing Highsnobiety clients to crosssell and solidify relationships with existing clients
  • Act as a 'centre of intelligence' and a guardian of culturalperspective towards our clients

YOUR SKILLS:


  • 5+ years experience working in strategy in creative and/or marketing environments with a deep understanding of strategic planning and brand strategy
  • Demonstrate proven experience in building brands, and activating big picture thinking and is experienced navigating large organizations
  • You are personable, inclusive and helps building a safe culture
  • Take responsibility for making things happen and owning outcomes
  • Ability to build and navigate relationships on Clevel
  • A good understanding and appreciation of Highsnobiety's core audience, topics, and culture (streetwear, fashion, music, art, social and political issues)
