- As a product manager, you are responsible for our website from a business perspective. Your job is to achieve business goals and create added value through the website
- The consistent further development and implementation of the product strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders is in your hands. It is important to us that you incorporate new ideas and innovations into the product strategy
- You coordinate the external development team and ensure that the product is delivered on time, within budget and in the desired quality
- You are constantly looking to improve and expand the website, supported by market analysis, benchmarking and other customer-centric research
- You analyze customer needs and integrate their wishes into our product
- Your tasks include defining and analyzing KPIs for product success
- You ensure product performance so that you always create added value for our customers
- To achieve the best results, you work closely with the technical service owner of the customer platform
- You are in close contact with the product managers of other websites that run on the same platform. This ensures a smooth process and promotes the exchange of ideas
- You coordinate and manage internal stakeholders such as Brand, Design, Marketing, IT and HR. With your communication skills and organizational talent, you ensure that all areas work together harmoniously and towards the same goal
- You have a degree in communications, marketing, industrial engineering or business administration or a comparable qualification
- You have experience in leading and managing digital products and websites
- You can apply UX research methods to make customer-centric decisions
- You have experience in data analysis and conversion rate optimization
- You have in-depth knowledge of business development and product marketing
- You bring solid technical knowledge
- You have proven skills in stakeholder management
- You have experience with agile projects and/or in agile organizations
- You are fluent in written and oral English and feel comfortable in an international family business
