In order to support Space Systems Finance Hub, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a


Working Student (d/f/m) in Finance:


You will be part of the project/finance controlling team and have the possibility to support in several fields of operational activities.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, the controlling team contributes to the financial success of many Space projects and the related organizations.

The team performs project controlling as well as financial controlling activities.


Your location:

Our site is just a stone's throw away from Munich, the beautiful capital of Bavaria.

Are you into sports and other outdoor activities? The Alps and Lake Starnberg are within an hour's reach, offering a multitude of recreational options.


Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • Preparation of the financial planning, as well as forecasts.
  • Perform project or cost base simulations
  • Produce financial reporting
  • Assess the actual financial performance and analyze deviations.
  • Analyze cost base, revenues, costs, margins, workload, cashflows, R&D etc.
  • Monitor materialization of savings.
  • Analyze Hourly Rates
  • Approve shopping carts and analyze commitments.
  • Trigger costs rebooking & costs transfer when needed.

Desired skills and qualifications:


  • Enrolled full time student (d/f/m) within business administration, industrial engineering or a similar field of studies
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel
  • Basic knowledge in SAP
  • German/English reading speaking writing
  • Team player, good communication & quick perception
  • Solution oriented, proactive and independent working style
This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
