    Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users.

    We are seeking a passionate and experienced Community Manager to join our team.

    As a Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering engagement, building relationships, and enhancing the overall experience for our creator community.

    You will be responsible for interacting with our creator, and executing strategies to drive community activeness and engagement.


    Responsibilities:

    • Actively engage with creators on Discord
    • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the community by moderating discussions, resolving conflicts, and addressing concerns effectively.
    • Initiate and participate in conversations, polls, and Q&A sessions to maintain a strong connection with our audience.
    • Collaborate with content creators and streamers to develop engaging and relevant content for the community.
    • Schedule and coordinate live streaming events, tournaments, and special activities to keep the community entertained and involved.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for community inquiries, feedback, and suggestions, and ensure timely responses and resolutions.
    • Monitor community metrics, engagement levels, and sentiment analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

    Minimum Qualifications- Experienced in using Discord- Fluent German is required to communicate with German creators- Deep understanding of how to motivate and activate a group of creators using Discord tools and functionalities.- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or above
    • Minimum 2 years of working experience in community management, preferably within the gaming or esports industry.
    • Proficiency in any other European language
    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate live events and community activities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences.
