    Als Assistant Store Manager sorgst Du dafür, dass Dein Team motiviert ist, Deine Kund*innen sich wohlfühlen und alle internen Prozesse reibungslos ablaufen. Wenn Du diese Bereiche beherrschst, bist Du der perfekte Match für uns

    • Du erkennst Potenziale und Talent und förderst diese durch individuelle Trainings. So werden Deine Team-Member die Führungskräfte und Produktspezialist*innen der Zukunft
    • Durch regelmäßige KPI-Analysen ermittelst Du den Personalbedarf. Nur mit einem starken Team laufen wir zur Höchstform auf.

    Interne Prozesse

    • Damit alle Abläufe im Store reibungslos funktionieren, koordinierst und steuerst Du unsere internen Prozesse und Vorgänge. Unter Deiner Verantwortung erreichen wir so unsere Budget- und Unternehmensziele
    • Unsere betrieblichen Vorgaben und innovativen Inhouse-Technologien helfen Dir dabei, einen optimalen Warenfluss zu garantieren und unser Produkt bestmöglich in Szene zu setzen. So wird Dein Store zum Place-to-Be für unsere Kund*innen.

    Customer Service

    • Du gehst als Vorbild und Leader voran – ob im Customer Service oder in der Umsetzung unserer Unternehmensphilosophie. Du repräsentierst PULL&BEAR unseren Kolleg*innen nach innen und unseren Kund*innen nach außen
