The position, as part of the Global European management team, reports to the GM of the European Solar division. This role will be an integral part of defining and executing the function's mid
- and long-term strategy to achieve the vision of enabling the business success.

Location - Passau, Germany

What will you do:

Overseeing strategic business initiatives from ideation to implementation
Collaborating with executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies
Providing department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork
Execute the company's critical and strategic missions on behalf of GM's across multifunctional teams
Providing tactical support to implement ideas
Identifying and helping solve core problems or opportunities within business processes
Providing the GM and other senior leaders with insight and analysis of the company's operations
Providing support and oversight for special projects and initiatives
Assessing risk when business decisions are made
Working with leadership to deliver, monitor, and communicate progress toward goals
Responding to inquiries on behalf of the GM
Attending meetings on the GM's behalf and taking notes, leading and implementing various strategic planning processes across the organization
Planning, coordinating, and keeping the contents of a meeting focused
Lead the Inside Sales team in Germany

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree required
Experience in a rapidly scaling environment working as a project owner or general manager capacity
4+ years managerial experience.
Unilateral leadership skills.
Proven experience translating data and metrics to action.
Demonstrable experience managing highprofile projects.
Robust written and verbal communication portfolio
Fluent English
Work experience in the PV industry is a plus
