  • In der Funktion des Eigentümervertreters sind Sie für das entsprechende Portfolio inklusive der Mittelfristplanung unter Maßgabe aller technischen Erfordernisse sowie Sicherstellung der Betreiberverantwortung zuständig.
  • Sie verantworten das Werterhaltungsmanagement (Zustandserfassung und -bewertung, Aufzeigen von Möglichkeiten zur Wertsteigerung und Ermittlung von Ertragspotentialen) und das planungs- / baubegleitende Facility Management.
  • Sie erarbeiten allgemein gültiger Leistungsstandards und verwalten das Management von Kosten und Budget, einschließlich Planung und Controlling.
  • Qualitätsmanagement unter Berücksichtigung der beauftragten Leistungen und gesetzten Standards inklusive Beratungsleistung gehören ebenfalls zum Aufgabengebiet.
    • Überzeugendes Profil
  • Ausbildung: Sie besitzen ein abgeschlossenes Studium des Facility- und Immobilienmanagements, Bauingenieurwesens bzw. Abschluss als staatl. geprüfte/-r- Bautechniker/-in mit Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich der Immobilienwirtschaft wünschenswert oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung.
  • Erfahrung: Sie konnten bereits Erfahrung im Monitoring des technischen Betriebs und der Gebäudeinstandhaltung sammeln, sowie in der Organisation und Projektmanagement bei kleineren Sanierungs- und Renovierungsarbeiten.
  • Kenntnisse: Sachkenntnisse im Bereich der Sicherheits- und Gesundheitskoordination (SiGeKo) und im baulichen/organisatorischen Brandschutz sind von Vorteil.
  • Teamplayer sein: Sie wirken bei der Koordination und Einsatzplanung vom eigenen Hausmeisterteam mit.
  • Persönlichkeit: Sie haben ein sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen, Zielorientierung, Belastbarkeit und Umsetzungsstärke.
