As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are looking for an
EPSL Team Lead (f/m/d) in full-time for our renowned customer in Oberpfaffenhofen nearly Munich with immediate effect.

Your day to day:

Plan and design ESPL based on the needs of xxx IPTs, and manage requirements for EPSL suppliers
Develop EPSL's IVV mission based on testing requirements from xxx IPTs
Perform HVDC P-HIL (powerhardwareintheloop) testing on a variety of units under test (UUTs), including lithium ion batteries, battery chargers, electric engines, power converters and switches, and avionics computers
Integration and troubleshooting activities
Develop and modify the lab's design as its mission evolves
Align with the Test Department on testing priorities, implementation of test requests, and arrival and installation of UUTs
Collaborative work with design engineering and testing teams for development of test schedules and procedures
Manage the EPSL Engineers for complex aircraft, system & component testing activities as a Team Lead
Disciplinary responsibility for the EPSL Team
Functional reporting to the Head of Systems Testing, including strategic development of the team and interfaces to the systems testing department

Your profile:

MSc. or PhD in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, Physics or a related field required

hands
-on testing
experience
in HIL, aerospace, powertrain, mechatronics, batteries, system integration, or power electronics, or similar technological area

- 5 years of professional hands-on experience with Matlab/Simulink, Simulink-RT Modelling, Labview RT and interfacing electronic control unit features into HIL framework

Strong expertise in Matlab/Simulink, Simulink Real-Time and Simulink Test
Expertise with Speedgoat is a strong plus
Expertise with LabView / Veristand / TestStand and other National Instrument tools would be beneficial
Knowledge of digital communication protocols (i. e. CAN, CAN FD, Ethernet, ARINC429, ARINC825, Time Triggered Ethernet)
Familiarity with development and testing standards for aerospace (ARP4754A, DO254, DO178, DO160, MIL-STD704) and lithium ion batteries (DO311) preferred
Strategicthinking, targetoriented with analytic problemsolving skills required
Fluent English language skills are essential, Fluent German or any other language would be beneficial
