You will be taking care of:

  • Creating surveys for users and evaluating them
  • Analysing data for different depots and regions and creating overviews
  • Being the contact person for support requests and incidents
  • Support the team in organizing depot and tour visits for all Bettermile workers.
  • Supporting trainings for depots incl. all onepagers and presentations
  • Observe configurations for different tools

You check those boxes:


  • You have strong analytical skills, as well as a high degree of reliability and initiative
  • You are a team player with strong communication skills and an organizational talent with a quick grasp
  • You are interested in digital innovations and generally technical topics
You are preferably a registered student (d/f/m) e.g. in the field of social science, UX/UI, economics, information science, innovation management, or logistics. More important to us than the right course of study is that you are motivated

It is awesome if you also have

  • Proficient knowledge in German (ideally)
  • Experience in Customer Support and Ticketing Systems like Jira or Trello
