    Aufgaben


    Deine Rolle bei metr

    Als Solution Engineer unterstützt Du, gemeinsam mit dem Operations Team unsere Sales Kollegen bei der Einrichtung und Konfiguration neuer wie bestehender Kunden. Unser flexibel anpassbares Dashboard und unsere Low-Code Mobile Apps erlauben es uns, die unterschiedlichsten Kundenwünsche und Ideen schnell umzusetzen. Gemeinsam mit der Unterstützung des Tech Teams erstellst du Proof of Concepts für die Digitalisierung der Immobilien unserer Kunden. Dein umfangreiches technisches Wissen nutzt du, um die Anforderungen der Kunden zu bewerten und um die Kunden bestmöglich zu beraten.

    Qualifikation


    Das solltest Du mitbringen

    • Interesse und Spaß daran, innovative IoT Lösungen für unsere Kunden umzusetzen und Anforderungen in die anderen Teams zu übersetzen.
    • Du arbeitest strukturiert, konzeptionell und lösungsorientiert.
    • Du verfügst über technisches Wissen und Verständnis von Programmierung und IT-Architektur.
    • Du hast Erfahrung mit Skriptsprachen und Datenbankabfragen (vorzugsweise SQL).
    • Du bringst Erfahrung oder Interesse mit, an Low Code Apps zu arbeiten.
    • Du fühlst dich wohl in einem bunt gemischten internationalen Team und hast keine Scheu, auf Englisch zu kommunizieren.
    • Die Kommunikation mit den Kunden erfolgt meist ausschließlich auf Deutsch, weshalb du fließend in Schrift und Wort sein solltest.
    • Wissen über Gebäudetechnik (TGA) ist von Vorteil.
