- Independent assembly of complex sub-assemblies and main assemblies in accordance with the production documents
- Independent final assembly and adjustment of the entire device
- Cleaning optical surfaces and devices
- Carrying out wiring, soldering and bonding work
- Carrying out intermediate tests according to given specifications, checking the interaction of individual components and assemblies and carrying out readjustments
- Acceptance of finished assemblies / devices
- Support with the repair of individual assemblies
- Carrying out quality assurance and documenting the entire production and acceptance process
- Collaboration with development, design and project management on technical issues

Summary
We are looking for an "Industrial Mechanic (f/m/d)" for the "Assembly Stabilized Ground Based Systems" department at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible.The "Assembly Stabilized Ground Based Systems" department produces stabilized optronic systems for land vehicles, which are integrated and used in various platforms of our international customers (e.g. for Leopard 2 or Puma infantry fighting vehicles).
These optronic products are used worldwide by armed forces and security personnel for surveillance, identification and classification as well as for high-precision measurement, evaluation, target acquisition and self-protection.
