- Guide clients from contract signing to independent platform usage
- Create efficient, customer-centric onboarding experiences for users of varying levels of software proficiency
- Develop a deep understanding of the Kenjo platform and client workflows to address common challenges in software implementation
- Collect client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction
- Serve as a role model and trusted advisor, fostering effective collaborations with our clients
- Be fluent in German (C2 level) and English
- Have 3 years of experience in implementing and/or supporting SaaS products
- Be familiar with Customer Management Tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, ChurnZero, or Freshdesk
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a high standard of work quality
- Have the ability to explain technical concepts to users and communicate effectively with them
- Bring a positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed
- Hands-on experience with HR software products
- Enjoy solving problems creatively and embracing challenges
