We are currently looking for a

Product Support Representative (m/w/d) in the greater area of Frankfurt.

About the role:

What you will be doing:

Working with our dedicated on-site team in partnership with a prestigious pharmaceutical company

Work with the client to ensure the smooth day to day running of the client's FIS treasury & payment systems
Handle customer inquiries, Incidents & requests for FIS Treasury & Payment systems
Provide indepth support and researching client issues
Troubleshoot problems with software and recommend corrective action
Document customer information and recurring issues to support product quality programs and product development

What you will need:

Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Prior banking or treasury experience preferred
Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
The ability to work independently
You are an excellent communicator and strong problemsolver
Fluent German and English language skills
Knowledge of FIS products a plus
ITIL Knowledge a plus
