Your Responsibilities:
- Work close with digital designers and test engineers while learning design properties and test requirements and analyzing results
- Develop Soft Tools supporting ATPG/DfT Verification Results Evaluation
- ATPG Setup and patterns simulations
- Verify design using DfT NXP Flow
- Take care of DfT reporting (scan chains analysis, synthesis quality)

Your skills:
We are looking for a student with an interest for DfT and Test with the following competences/skills:
- Enrolled student, ideally MSc in Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering or related field
- Basic knowledge in Digital Design
- Programming knowledge (scripting, object oriented concepts) Verilog, Perl, Tcl, Python in advantage
- Interest in verification of mixed signal designs on different levels (block, IC, system)
- Team player; willing and able to pick up new skills quickly when guided by senior colleagues
- Some experience with circuit simulators like Cadence Incisive/Xcelium, Mentor Graphics ModelSim or Synopsys VCS, ATPG
- Able to make a clear documentation
- Clear and concise communication
