- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Betriebswirtschaftslehre (idealerweise mit technischem Schwerpunkt) bzw. ein Ingenieurstudium (idealerweise mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Schwerpunkt) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling von Investitionsprojekten im chemischen oder pharmazeutischen Anlagenbau
- Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Optimierung von Reporting-Systemen
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie unternehmerisches Denken
- Strukturierte, professionelle und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere MS-Excel
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Project bzw. Primavera P6
