    To strengthen our team, we are looking for at the earliest possible date for our Region Germany at our location in Cologne:

    Accounting, Account receivable (m/f/d)


    Job Description

    • Processing and reconciliation of open items, account management, monitoring of collection procedure.
    • Analysis and structuring of the accounting process.
    • Preparation of Statements.
    • Prejudicial dunning.
    • Bank posting including incoming and outgoing payment control.
    • Projects, developments of internal processes.
    • Support of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

    Qualification

    • Office management clerk (e.g. industrial clerk , office clerk, tax clerk, specialist further training desirable)
    • Professional experience in accounting, especially in accounts receivable accounting
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
    • Written and spoken English / German
    • Analytical, meticulous and structured way of working
    • High communicative skills and assertiveness
    • Reliability, motivation and ability to work in a team
    • Knowledge of the insurance industry
