    Deine Aufgaben

    • Projektmanagement von abteilungsinternen sowie AR Ansprechpartner für abteilungsübergreifende SAP IT Projekte (z.B. Migration ERP Systeme, Implementierung von SAP Komponenten wie etwa FSCM Collections Management)
    • Operative Prozessaufnahme, -dokumentation und Re-Design zur Realisierung von Produktivitäts-, Kostensenkungs- und Qualitätssteigerungspotenzialen
    • Implementierung neuester Technologie (wie z.B. RPA, AI) zur (Teil-) Automatisierung von Prozessen inklusiver prozessualer und technischer Ausarbeitung sowie Change Management
    • End-to-end Realisierung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen, inkl. Unterstützung bei Erstellung Test Cases, Durchführung Tests, Erstellung Arbeitshilfen, Durchführung von Trainings und Ergebniskontrollen
    • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilungsleitung sowie eigenständige Präsentation von Projektplänen, -entwicklungen und -ergebnissen vor einem internationalen Adressatenkreis
    • Unterstützung der operativ tätigen Kollegen bei einer Vielzahl von Fachproblemen

    Dein Profil

    • Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt IT/BWL/VWL und mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in Finanzbuchhaltung/SAP IT /Projekten
    • Gute buchhalterische Kenntnisse im Bereich Rechnungswesen, insbesondere die Verknüpfung zur IT (SAP)
    • Erste Erfahrungen mit Programmiersprachen (insbesondere UIPath) sind von Vorteil
    • Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrungen im Bereich der Prozessgestaltung/Durchführung von Projekten
    • Teamplayer mit sehr hoher kommunikativer Kompetenz
    • Sicherer Umgang mit der Standardsoftware MS-Office, SAP und Prozesszertifizierungen von Vorteil
    • Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
    • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte, ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Handlungsweise sowie gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
    • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur lösungsorientierten Problemerkennung und -analyse
    • Hohes Maß an Koordinationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
    • Sicheres und kommunikatives Auftreten
    • Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Dienstleistungsverständnis sowie Kundenorientierung kombiniert mit Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
