Honeywell Advanced Materials (ADM), part of Performance Materials and Technologies (PMT) Honeywell businesses manufactures a wide variety of high-performance products, including environmentally preferable refrigerants, chemical and analytical reagents designed to improve productivity, and materials used to manufacture end products such as bullet-resistant armor, nylon, computer chips and pharmaceutical packaging.


An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Senior Sales Representative in the Performance Materials and Technologies, Fine Chemicals business, reporting to the Sales Director Fine Chemicals Europe.


The Senior Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and driving growth in end-user customers in the Fine Chemicals segment for FC mainly in the UK but also in other regions for key accounts.

The Senior Sales Representative will implement the strategic plan set for the area allowing consistent achievement or exceeding of the annual operating plan (AOP).

Aufgaben

  • Manage all aspects of engagement with existing and new customers for our Honeywell Fine Chemicals organization engaging with all the main stakeholders in the value chain. Develop working relationships with major customers and distributor sales team to coordinate and support sales of the products.
  • Build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions for our Fine Chemicals Business. Define sales and growth strategy toward key customers, while aligning with critical sales business objectives. Identify opportunities and build credibility with customers utilizing your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers.
  • Increase overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within our organization.
  • Develop and maximize Honeywell presence and market share in designated accounts and territory. Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Sales Organization. Provide input to AOP, STRAP, APO and regular use of SFDC.
Job activities

  • Manage customers in your region incl. distributors
  • Secure the core business (= minimize YOY erosion)
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Build a plan to deliver AOP by managing a sales pipeline and forecast
Qualifikation

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
  • Strong and proven key account management
  • Proven commercial channel leadership
  • Comfortable with delivering on commercial excellence metrics / using CRM tools like SFDC
  • Good understanding of requirements in the Customer\'s field
  • Knowledge of all requirements from our customers and their end users
  • Technical and commercial knowledge of Fine Chemicals and components
  • Willingness to travel 60+% of the time.
  • Experience selling in a multinational environment.
