- Installing, maintaining and adapting local IT operating systems to ensure operational readiness
- Installing, configuring and supporting hardware and software through to commissioning
- Adaptation and successive further development of the existing ERP system including the management of access rights
- Advice on the selection and procurement of IT end devices and standard programs/systems, taking into account user-specific requirements
- The maintenance of all databases as well as the support and operation of the telephone system is also part of your area of responsibility
- Budget and license management as well as controlling
- Completed training as an IT specialist or in a comparable field
- Ideally 3 to 4 years of professional experience in the IT sector, hardware, software, support
- Confident handling of ERP systems (infor COM, SAP)
- Knowledge of MS Server (2016,2019), Microsoft AD, O365, Exchange Online, Veeam Backup
- Independent, structured way of working as well as reliability and ability to work in a team
- Very good knowledge of English and German
