Supply Network Planning Team Lead

  • Bad Vilbel | Germany (DE) | Fulltime | Permanent
  • The Manager of the Supply Network Planning Team oversees Supply Network Planners across 3 European production sites. Their role involves optimizing site supply chains by following STADA Supply Chain Standard processes and MRP2 standards. They focus on improving operational efficiency, employing proactive strategies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Their responsibilities include facilitating a smooth supply network planning process, enhancing planning procedures, and optimizing customer service, cost, and cash targets for the company. Additionally, they ensure the highest service standards for STADA's affiliates and customers by exchanging crucial supplyrelated information and addressing issues with defined corrective actions.

Role responsibility:


  • Responsible for performing supply network planning in regular monthly and weekly planning cycle in tactical and operational planning horizon:
  • Manager of Supply Network Planners in 3 European production sites
  • Point of contact for Markets and Customers regarding finished product supply topics in daytoday business (1st level escalation)
  • Coordination with Site Supply Chain Heads and other departments & functions relevant for the supply chain results (local, cluster and global)
  • Provides support for reporting, analysis and corrective actions for Supply Chain KPIs
  • Ensure alignment with all functions involved in process especially with Demand Planning, Launch & Transfer coordination, Production Planning, Purchasing in global/cluster/site organization
  • Participates to Project work within global SC projects and cluster/site projects
  • Lead continuous improvement: identify improvement areas, define and implement action plan
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements and continuous improvement of quality relevant processes within area of responsibility

Role qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Science, or Economics/Finance, preferably with a Master's degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Supply/Production Planning Team Lead in Pharma or similar manufacturing settings, with a total of 510 years in Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP MPS, MRP, and APO SNP and/or PP/DS.
  • Proficiency in endtoend manufacturing site supply chain processes, including demand management, S&OP, production planning, logistics, and demonstrated knowledge of MRP
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in manufacturing environments, collaborate across functional and cultural boundaries, and manage change processes using datadriven improvements.
  • Strong leadership skills to integrate operational and strategic functions, with a track record of leading successful product launches in scalable markets.
  • Capable of operating in operational, tactical, and strategic capacities.
  • Excellent command of languages, with proficiency in English and preferably additional languages. #LI-MK1 #LI-Hybrid
