Role Overview:


The Collins Digital Technology International Team is currently searching for an experienced System Administrator
with a background and expertise within Applications.


Perform specific tasks including provisioning, troubleshooting, and some automation and scripting. Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents.

Plan and schedule Changes, Coordinating with different stakeholders. You will also need a solid understanding of DT enterprise systems (hardware, software, storage, backup and networks).


Responsibilities:


  • Managing medium size International Engineering and Manufacturing Application deployment projects
  • Technical focal point for Large Int'l Engineering & Manufacturing Applications projects
  • Manage daily operations as per incident management process

Requirements:


  • EU/ NATO member citizenship
  • Experience in project management
  • Good English language skills are a musthave
  • Knowledge of IT best practices (ITIL) as well as working in a process driven enterprise organization
  • Good knowledge of at least one of the following:

  • Teamcenter

SVN
-
Enovia
-
Solumina

  • Experience in administration and management of virtual machines (VMware)

Desired Skills:


  • Basic German language skills
  • Certificate of Project Management
  • Familiar with fundamentals of scripting languages for automation tasks and deployments.
  • Knowledge of security hardening and cyber security topics.
  • Comfortable with multilevel security systems or Cross Domain Solutions.
  • Experience with Cloud platform (AWS, Azure) capabilities.
