- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du besitzt idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Call-Center und Kampagnensteuerung sammeln
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Microsoft Excel
- Du bist Teamplayer mit hoher Eigenmotivation, Hands-on-Mentalität und einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung
- Kommunikations- und Organisationsstärke sowie proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus
