    Ihr Tätigkeitsbereich

    • Sie haben Spaß daran, interne und externe Teams zu steuern und innovative Healthcare-IT-Projekte umzusetzen.
    • Sie arbeiten gerne in einem hochmotivierten Team mit flachen Hierarchien und direkten Kommunikationswegen.
    • Sie agieren als abteilungsübergreifendes Bindeglied und stellen den Informationsfluss sowie die reibungslose Koordination und Kooperation sicher. Durch Sie werden Anregungen und Wünsche der Kunden an das Produktmanagement weitergeleitet und Sie können somit die Produktverbesserung aktiv unterstützen.
    • Sie erstellen selbstständig Projekt- und Ressourcenplanungen, betreiben Risikomanagement und internes Reporting.
    • Sie sind aktiver Ansprechpartner für den Kunden und stellen eine bestmögliche Projektumsetzung sicher.
    • Sie analysieren den aktuellen Projektfortschritt und treiben Optimierungsmöglichkeiten voran.
    • Sie fördern eine strukturierte und vertrauensvolle Kommunikation zwischen den Kunden und den internen Teams.
    • Sie unterstützen den Vertrieb z.B. bei Produktpräsentationen, Kundenterminen und Ausschreibungen.
    • Aufgrund Ihrer Erfahrung setzen Sie Projekte professionell in Zeit, Qualität und Budget um.

    Ihr Anforderungsprofil

    • Mehrjährige berufliche Erfahrung als Projektleitung von IT-Projekten, vorzugsweise mit Bezug zum Gesundheitswesen.
    • Idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer klinischen Umgebung (Intensivstation oder OP ist ein Plus).
    • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für die Strukturen sowie sicheres Einfühlungsvermögen für Abläufe in Krankenhäusern.
    • Fähigkeit, sich in komplexe Sachverhalte einzuarbeiten, Prozesse zu analysieren, zu optimieren und zu steuern.
    • Kommunikationsstärke, Überzeugungskraft und Kundenorientierung, motivierende Führung von Projekt-Teams.
    • Business-orientierte, lösungsfokussierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeits- und Denkweise.
    • Reisebereitschaft (30%) in den europäischen Raum für projektrelevante Dienstreisen
    • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
