    Your tasks:

  • Configure and maintain test benches for functional and non-functional testing of embedded components, troubleshoot issues with target setup and functionalities such as cloud connectivity, phone, radio, and in-car functions.
  • Manage integration and configuration issues related to maintaining test setups for embedded components in test benches and cars.
  • Escalate issues, concerns, and risks as needed to the appropriate parties.
  • Adapt test programs to enable test bench automation, and develop automation test scripts in Java and Python to flash embedded software into the head units.
  • Analyze logs and evaluate test results to ensure adequate test coverage and work quality, including conducting test plans, analyzing failures, and performing regression testing.
  • Incorporate and integrate customer-specific diagnostic systems and tools, parameterize and deploying test systems into service.
  • Coordinate and implement test bench tests in collaboration with customers and suppliers, ensuring effective communication with international customers.
  • Review product technical requirements and create detailed test specifications to guide the testing process.
  • Reproduce issues and verify fixes in test environment in collaboration with the system developers
  • Analyze test results along with failure analysis, utilizes fact / data driven metrics to continuous improve test efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop test plan and test case for specific project
  • Conduct test plan/cases review with cross-functional teams to ensure the test coverage
  • Build and maintain requirement / test case/ test result traceability matrix
  • Collaborate with multiple teams in different continents

    • Your profile:

  • Enrolled student in computer science, engineering or related experience
  • Very good programming skills in Python/Java and understanding of object oriented concepts
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with implementation and administration of Quality Assurance metrics, such as defect profiles and performance to entry/exit criteria
  • Very good problem-solving skills and strong self-reliance
  • Good attention to detail, interpersonal communication and project management skills
  • Very good team player
  • Self-motivated, responsible, accountable and have the discipline to bring projects into closure
  • Experience working in organizations using Agile / Scrum based product development methodologies is preferred
  • Experience in multiple aspects of electrical vehicle technology, including test bench automation systems and basic knowledge of CAN technology
  • Proficiency in using the MS Office suite, with programming knowledge desirable (understanding of program processes is helpful for troubleshooting)
  • Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Java, Shell, and familiarity with embedded Linux/Android or QNX
  • Familiarity with code management tools such as Git and Perforce, as well as bug tracking tools like Jira
  • Possess excellent problem-solving skills and strong self-reliance, with a proven ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
