    They are seeking a talented performance marketer, with strong background experience in CRM and B2B, to join their team on a salary upwards of €70,000 per year.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Strategically and operationally manage Google Ads, Paid Social, and remarketing campaigns
    • Design and implement sponsored lead generation campaigns, utilizing short-term performance data for optimization
    • Develop marketing automation, including email campaigns and lead nurturing
    • Play a pivotal role in managing client journeys to ensure a seamless digital experience
    • Utilize performance KPIs to monitor and adjust marketing strategies

    What You Bring:

    • 3+ years of experience in digital, performance, or growth marketing within the B2B sector
    • Expertise in lead management, encompassing generation, qualification, nurturing, and sales handoff
    • Proficiency in performance marketing, with innovative utilization of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
    • Preferable experience with CRM solutions such as Salesforce and HubSpot marketing automation
    • Strong teamwork ethic, valuing collaboration, autonomy, conscientiousness, and solution orientation
    • Fluency in German and English (minimum C1 Proficiency)
