    My client is a top player in the European market for innovative products and services aimed at managing energy consumption and regulating home climate.

    Responsibilities:

    • Owning all media campaigns to captivate and excite our consumer base with cutting-edge digital executions. Ensuring seamless and relevant media experiences across various platforms and channels, focusing on both performance and brand awareness.
    • Developing short- and long-term strategies for end-to-end campaigns across multiple markets, from initial planning to execution and optimization across channels.
    • Managing campaign budgets effectively.
    • Leading the way in terms of innovation with media agencies, suppliers, and key partners, including Meta and Google.
    • Driving digital testing and learning initiatives, implementing key test plans to enhance business metrics and promote growth and engagement.
    • Assisting the Global Head of Marketing in annual marketing planning, considering all paid media touchpoints to ensure a seamless consumer journey.
    • Continuously evaluating and refining existing strategies, media plans, and tactics to enhance performance and media efficiency.
    • Supervising and coordinating influencer marketing activities within campaign programs.
    • Managing, guiding, and nurturing a direct team, fostering a highly skilled and motivated workforce.

    Requirements:

    • At least 8 years of experience in Media, encompassing both Performance and Brand building, ideally within European markets.
    • Proficiency in Media strategy, execution, tracking, and optimization.
    • Track record of effectively managing internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, agencies, and media partners.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills in elevating existing teams and establishing high-performing structures and capabilities.
    • Hands-on approach and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for shaping and developing.
    • Understanding of the latest technological and digital trends and ability to convert them into actionable insights.
