Director Marketing & Sales Breast Cancer (m/w/d):


Position and Key Responsibilities:


In your function you will be responsible for the brand communication strategy and the sales execution of our Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs) in Breast Cancer.

You report directly to the Commercial Director Oncology Germany:


  • Define, implement and coordinate with our Alliance partner the Marketing and Sales strategy for our Breast Cancer ADCs.
  • Define the organization in relation with the strategic and operational objectives
  • Drive the evolution of the product portfolio in the dedicated indication
  • Lead and manage the marketing and sales teams.
  • In alignment with our external Partner, prepare and implement the annual Brand Plans, the Sales Execution and Account plans, define objectives and plan the necessary resources.
  • Implement the operational plan for product promotion: design and produce promotional and institutional documents in compliance with regulatory and legal constraints.
  • Propose and implement operations to optimize promotional effectiveness.
  • Define the appropriate marketing and training measures according to the evolution of the products, their market and the regulatory environment.
  • Set up and lead the brand teams, in collaboration with the Medical, Commercial Excellence, BI&A, Market Access and Regulatory departments.
  • Ensure regular information sharing between the different departments of the company and its partners for optimal management of operations.
  • Develop with your Team and the Omnichannel Manager the best promotional mix to inform the customers about the value of our ADCs and secure the safe usage of our products
  • In collaboration with the Commercial Director Oncology, drive the Oncology commercial strategic plan, demonstrating an excellent level of market analysis (customers, competitors, patients), and working closely with the global/European/local teams
  • Participate at relevant national and international congresses and local/ regional events
  • Evaluate and support the team in the development of their skills and define training needs

Qualifications:


  • 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in Pharmaceutical Industry in a country affiliate and/ or international environment;
  • Leadership and managerial experience in marketing and/ or sales
  • Degree in Science or Marketing/businessrelated Degree / MA / PhD in Sciences
  • Strong strategic thinking
  • Oncology knowledge/experience, preferable in the field of breast cancer
  • Proven success in team management and leadership
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to federate and convince people
  • Strong ability to work in a team
